The token may have no lasting market value. You should assume it can become illiquid or lose all value at any time.
2. Fictional branding only
References on the site to flights, tickets, departures, manifests, destinations, or "The Island" are fictional theme elements only. They are used as creative branding for the meme project.
No travel, accommodation, transportation, admission, or real-world event access is sold through this website.
3. No advice or solicitation
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Nothing here is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or market any asset. You are responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice if needed.

We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate fully with that defense. This indemnity survives your use of the site and any transfer or disposal of the token.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you also release and waive any claim you may have against the foregoing parties arising from or relating to your use of the site, your token activity, third-party conduct, market losses, technical failures, regulatory action, or reliance on site content, except for claims that cannot be lawfully waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the foregoing parties for any claim relating to the site or token will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid directly to the site operator, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Severability
